Refund & Return Policy

At Apparel Fashions, we want you and your little ones to love your purchase! If you’re not fully satisfied, we offer a 7-day return or refund policy, in line with New Zealand Consumer Act.

Eligible Returns

You may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• The item is in original, unused condition
• Tags and packaging are intact
• Markers are unopened and unused
• The item has not been worn, washed, torn, or marked

Courier Fee Deduction

A $10 courier charge will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and handling.

Change of Mind Returns

Changed your mind? No problem! We accept change-of-mind returns within 7 days, as long as the item is:

• Unused and undamaged
• In Reasonable condition

Important: Customers are responsible for returning the product to our company address. Once received and inspected, we will issue a replacement or refund.

Non-Refundable Items

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

• Used or washed clothing
• Garments that are torn, stained, or damaged
• Opened or used fabric markers
